General conditions

• The applicant must be a Saudi national 

•  Obtaining an unconditional admission from one of the 20 best universities in the world 

•  The applicant must not be holding a government job. 

• The presence of a scholarship student’s mahram, his travel with her, and his stay with her until the end of her scholarship.
